730 Series

Cactus Technologies Industrial Grade M.2 with PCIe Interface are highly reliable, cost effective flash storage devices, based on SLC NAND. They are intended for applications which demand extremely high performance and high endurance in a rugged embedded foot print guaranteed to MIL-STD-810F Standard shock and vibration.

Industrial Grade SLC PCIe M.2 have the highest endurance cycles in the market and are rated at >2 million endurance cycles per logical block. These Industrial Grade products should be used in applications which require the highest level of endurance, error rates and data retention.

They are meant to exceed the requirements of the most demanding applications in the harshest environments.

400 Series

Cactus Technologies Industrial Grade M.2 USB Disk On Module (uDOM) is a rugged, highly reliable, high endurance flash storage device which conforms to the USB Implementer Forum’s specifications and comes in the M.2 2242 form factor, socket 2 pinout with B+M keys.

It is compliant with USB 3.1 and USB Mass Storage Class specifications v1.0. As with our other Industrial Grade devices, the USB products are designed with the highest quality SLC NAND for applications which demand data integrity and 100% uptime.

The M.2 uDOM is designed for embedded flash storage applications and connects to the host system M.2 2242 connector with socket 2 pinout with B+M keys. This product has an optional -45C to 90C extended temperature range version.

240SE Series

The Cactus Technologies 240SE Series Crypto 2.5” SATA III SSD is available in capacities of 512Gbytes and 1 TByte. It is available with either a standard SATA SSD connector or two ruggedized connector versions for reliaiblity in even the highest of shock and vibration environments.

The 240SE SSD is FIPS 140-2 level 2 and 3 compliant as well as compliant to NSA NIAP Data-At-Rest (DAR) Capability Profile for HW Full Drive Encryption (HWFDE) including both Host Authorization Acquisition (AA) software and Encryption Engine (EE) components. Intended for Financial, Government, Health, Defense, Energy and other industries where data protection is critical.

The 240SE Crypto Series 2.5” SATA III SSD comes with full BOM Control and is built with Stringent Quality Processes. Cactus Technologies incorporates World Class ECC, Wear Leveling and Defect Management into the 240SE Series 2.5” SATA III SSD, making it a highly reliable MLC based 2.5” SATA III SSD. Custom Labeling, Custom ID and Preloaded Content are available based on customer requirements.
